OUR STORY
Shockwave Food began in 2018 when Stephen, a seasoned restaurant pro with a deep culinary heritage, launched a food truck to share his passion for bold, fusion flavors with the community he calls home. Soon after, he teamed up with Brandon, a nutritional consultant and fellow food enthusiast, and together they’ve crafted a menu that blends creativity, balance, and global inspiration.
Born and raised in the area, Stephen and Brandon bring flavors from around the world to every dish. With Stephen’s culinary expertise and Brandon’s focus on nutrition, they create meals that are not only delicious but thoughtfully crafted. Whether you’re grabbing brunch from Enterprise Kitchen, catering an event, stocking up on meal-prep options, or enjoying one of our food truck pop-ups, every bite is made to bring people together.
